Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a CNSRV DC:02 Defroster (a “Product”), you can request a return for a refund within 14 days after your delivery.

CNSRV’s Returns Policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Limited Warranty

Because of the size and weight of our Products, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your Product. 

CNSRV’s support team will provide you with a return label so that you can return your Product. Returns of the must be made within 14 days of delivery and must be shipped with the original packaging. CNSRV is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only. Please note that it may take up to 14 days from the pick-up date of the returned Product or our receipt of your returned Product to process the refund. CNSRV is not liable and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process. CNSRV is not responsible for failures or delays in delivery or pick-up due to weather, incorrect address provided, or circumstances outside CNSRV’s control.

If your Product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, CNSRV reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at CNSRV’s sole discretion.

If your Product is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee.
